Dr. Russell Hibbler, Professor of Civil Engineering at ULL, has been selected as the "Outstanding Teacher of the Year" for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He will be honored at the UL Foundation Banquet on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, being held at the River Oaks Conference Center.
